Terms of Service

By using Sa7ti, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are written in plain English and explain what Sa7ti is, what it is not, and what we are each responsible for.

1. About Sa7ti

Sa7ti is a healthcare navigation platform. We help you find hospitals, clinics, and doctors in the UAE that accept your insurance, and we simplify the process of reaching out to book an appointment.

Important

Sa7ti is not a healthcare provider, insurer, or medical service. We do not provide medical care, process insurance claims, or act on behalf of any healthcare facility.

2. What Sa7ti is not

  • Sa7ti does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Nothing in the app should be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical advice.
  • Sa7ti does not guarantee appointment availability. Booking confirmations are solely between you and the healthcare facility.
  • Sa7ti does not guarantee insurance coverage. Our facility-insurance matching is based on publicly available and manually maintained data, which may not always reflect the most current network lists. Always verify coverage with your insurer or TPA before treatment.
  • Sa7ti does not guarantee medical outcomes. We are a navigation and booking tool, not a medical service.

Medical emergency?

Call 998 (ambulance) or 999 (police), or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. Do not use Sa7ti in an emergency.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password.
  • You may only create one account per person.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Sa7ti.

4. Booking

When you use Sa7ti to book an appointment, we generate a pre-filled message that you send directly to the facility — via WhatsApp or your email client. Sa7ti does not send messages on your behalf and is not a party to your interaction with the healthcare provider.

Sa7ti is not responsible for facility response times, appointment availability, or the outcome of any booking attempt. Booking confirmations are between you and the facility.

5. Insurance information

Sa7ti uses AI to extract insurance details from documents you upload (such as your Table of Benefits). This extraction is an automated process and may not be 100% accurate. Always verify your coverage details directly with your insurer or TPA.

Our facility-insurance matching is based on publicly available data and manually maintained records. Network lists change. A facility showing as covered in Sa7ti does not guarantee that the specific treatment you need is covered under your plan. Verify with your insurer before treatment to avoid unexpected costs.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Sa7ti for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates UAE law
  • Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent our security measures
  • Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from Sa7ti
  • Create multiple accounts or impersonate other people
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the service

7. Limitation of liability

Sa7ti is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information it provides will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Sa7ti and its operators are not liable for:

  • Incorrect insurance matching or facility coverage information
  • Missed, failed, or unsatisfactory appointments
  • Any medical decisions made based on information from Sa7ti
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid for Sa7ti. As Sa7ti is currently free, this means our liability is limited to AED 0.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the app. Deleting your account permanently removes all your personal data from our systems.

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. We will give notice where possible.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of Sa7ti after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Sa7ti will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
